Alumni Talk on “Opportunity for acquiring in-Depth Expertise and Exploring Niche Areas within Core Engineering”
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, New Horizon College of Engineering, Bengaluru organized the Alumni Talk on “Opportunity for acquiring in-Depth Expertise and Exploring Niche Areas within Core Engineering” on 16.02.2024 (Friday) at 09.30 am to 11. 30am.This program started with prayer song and felicitation address, welcome address and chief guest introduction. The objective of the program was to bridge the gap between the student’s understanding of a corporate world and that of the real-life scenario. The entire session is handled by a resource person Mr.Shri Manoj D, Test Engineer, Schneider Electric R&D, Bangalore, He discussed his academic days and the significance of several disciplines in the realities of the tech business. He talked about developing industry relationships and the necessity of having a personal portfolio while applying for positions in the main sector of electrical work. He spoke with the students about the demands and expectations of the real-world labour market and also encouraged them to enroll in professional courses and use the opportunity for learning more, and keep their technical skills up to speed in order to enter the field and thrive in it.
