ALUMNI TALK -Wired for Success Crack PSU Interviews & Thrive as an Electrical Engineer
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, in collaboration with the Alumni Association of NHCE, organized an insightful Alumni Talk on 19th September 2025. The session, titled “Wired for Success: Crack PSU Interviews & Thrive as an Electrical Engineer,” was delivered by Mr. M. Rohith Kumar Reddy, an alumnus of the 2019–2023 batch and currently an Electrical Engineer at Schneider Electric.
Mr. Reddy shared his personal journey and effective strategies for preparing for PSU examinations and interviews, emphasizing the importance of conceptual clarity and strong problem-solving skills. He offered valuable insights into current industry expectations, technological advancements, and how students can align their skills with the evolving demands of the electrical engineering field.
The talk also underscored the importance of mastering simulation tools and staying up to date with emerging technologies such as renewable energy, smart grids, and automation. Students actively participated in a Q&A session, seeking guidance on career opportunities in PSUs, private industries, and higher education
