Department of EEE organized a Training Program on ‘Certificate Course in Management & Leadership’ (Value Added Program) batch 2018-19 and 2019-20
This program aimed to develop managerial and leadership skills among students and the recent pandemic effect on those fields was also discussed. All the global students of batch 2018-19 and 2019-20 are benefited. This program mainly focused on Management Essentials, formerly known as Becoming a Better Manager, provides the real-world tools and strategies needed to excel in decision-making, implementation, organizational learning, and change management.
And also the Leadership Principles is discussed to help new and aspiring leaders unleash the potential in themselves and others, and cultivate high-performing teams. Become a more versatile leader who can mobilize others by immersing yourself in real-world leadership challenges, self-assessments, and 360-degree feedback from colleagues and peers.
