The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at New Horizon College of Engineering organized an awareness session titled“Civil Services & Competitive Exams – Beyond Degrees: Gateway to UPSC, KPSC & Competitive Exams” on 15th October 2025.The session featured Mr. Prashanth M V, Founder & Chief Mentor, MVP Vishwakosha IAS Academy, Bangalore, who provided insightful guidance on the structure, preparation strategies, and significance of civil services in nation-building. He motivated students to pursue ambitious goals beyond their engineering degrees, emphasizing discipline, determination, and smart preparation.
